Fitness for Seniors (65+)

Monday, Wednesday and  Friday at 10:30 AM for 1 hour.

We perform age appropriate movements to improve mobility, coordination and stamina. We incorporate ballroom elements to challenge your body and brain! This is an excellent program to keep you mentally and physically sharp!  Drop by to see what we do or contact us today!
You will need to bring comfortable and  clean shoes!
